Stratford Landing is proud to announce that West Potomac Senior, Jake Cooper, is the 2021 SLES Legacy Scholarship Winner! Jake will be attending the University of Miami and major in exercise physiology.

The Dollars for Destinies program, is a PTA legacy scholarship fund for graduating high school seniors. This one-time scholarship opportunity of $250 will be awarded to one or more screened and qualified entering college freshmen who apply. Candidates must have attended Stratford Landing for Sixth Grade and another year, have a 3.0 GPA and be strong in extra-curricular activities or employment history.  Applicants can be from any high school, but must be enrolled in a college of their choice for the following academic year. The application can be found here on the SLES website after October 1, through the PTA, at the West Potomac Career Center, and through counselors at certain local private high schools.
