Stratford Landing has made a commitment to focus on recruiting practices that attract and retain high quality instructional staff. In March 2020, we formed a SLES Hiring team comprised of a variety of staff members of Stratford Landing with unique backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.

For all our newly hired SLES staff members, we held panel interviews. In some instances, as many as 15 SLES staff members participated in each panel. Decisions to offer candidates teaching positions were reached collaboratively. I’m pleased to announce we are beginning this school year fully staffed!

We’re confident our new hires for the 2020-2021 school year match the unique needs of our learning community.
