Close the Gap: By June 2018, our black subgroup will make progress on Reading and Math as measured by iReady. We will decrease the number of students in the 39th percentile or below by 10%.

Raise the Bar: By June 2018, 15% of students that test in the green in the beginning of the year iReady assessment window will achieve a pass-advanced score on their respective Standards of Learning reading or math assessment.

Strategy 1

We will utilize CLT time to regularly analyze iReady data and make intervention plans to correlate.

Strategy 2

We will continue implementation of writing prompts and math performance tasks to increase student ability to engage in open ended tasks.

Strategy 2

Provide Friday Medley’s to the staff that focuses on Portrait of a Graduate through the use of PBL and STEAM.
