End of Year SMARTR Outcome

  • By June 2020, students with disabilities will decrease failure rate from 37% to 27% based on 2019-2020 Standards of Learning (SOL) Reading scores.

Strategy 1

  • Increase collaboration amongst all stakeholders who have students with disabilities.

Strategy 2

  • Intentionally plan for opportunities to build and increase relationships with all stakeholders who have students with disabilities.

End of Year SMARTR Outcome

  • By June 2019, 100% of students will increase their proficiency in two or more skills in the Portrait of a Graduate (POG) Communicator attribute and grade level selected POG attitude.

Strategy 1

  • School-wide professional learning to increase our understanding and utilize our resources to embed POG into our daily work with students.

Strategy 2

  • POG skills will be implemented throughout the day in all content areas.

End of Year SMARTR Outcome

  • By June 2019, behavior referrals will decrease by 15%.

Strategy 1

  • Increase common understanding and beliefs around Tier 1 Core Behavior Management and Support.

Strategy 2

  • Provide teachers tools, strategies and resources to effectively manage student behavior.
