The Apple Federal Credit Union Foundation (AFCUF) provides grant opportunities to schools that have developed activities and programming to support Portrait of a Graduate attributes. Stratford Landing Elementary School was one of seven Fairfax County public schools awarded an Impact grant for the 2018-2019 school year by Apple Federal Credit Union (ACFU). Stratford Landing was presented with this $4,000 award to help support the school’s horticultural therapy garden. The grant proposal submitted to Apple Federal Credit Union was written by Mary Charlton, Michelle Dittman, and Stephanie Kasparek. You will find Ms. Charlton and Ms. Dittman pictured above.
