2021-22 Family Intention and Class Placement Feedback Forms
We are looking forward to your child joining us for the 2021-2022 school year as a returning Dolphin! In order to provide the best learning environment for your child next school year, we are seeking input from you.
In-School Instruction – Form Needed
Parents/guardians who chose in-school instruction for their child will receive a health screening commitment form where you will agree to completing a daily health screening prior to sending your student to school. Forms must be received at school electronically or by hard copy before your child returns to in-school instruction. Students whose parent/guardian have not returned a signed form will be required to complete a health screening and have their temperature taken daily by school staff until the form is received.

Parent Technology Help Desk
To support families who are working with their children during distance learning, Fairfax County Public Schools now has a Parent Technology Help Desk. The number is 1-833-921-3277 (833-921-FCPS). It will be answered by staff 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week. If the help desk is unable to solve the issue on the phone with the parent or guardian, they will enter a ticket on the parent’s behalf and the request for help will be transferred to the appropriate FCPS team.
Summer Practice Books Coming
Summer Practice Books will be mailed home to FCPS students to provide suggested activities for students to support continued learning.
COVID-19 Vaccination Appointment Scheduling
